Q: Why don’t I find my patterns after I paid? A: Please try the steps, first logout, then re-login. Your patterns should be there.
Q: How do I get my patterns after I paid? A: Please login to your ‘My Account‘. From the left side, click ‘Order‘, you will see the screen. All your bought patterns are there. Choose the order number. Download button ( in black color ) is on the right of each order. Click it. The file is downloaded to your pc. Please check your download fold in your pc. If you couldn’t see the black Download button, please logout your account and re-login it.
Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 until adding all patterns that you will bought.
Click “View cart” Or click “Cart” on the top menu.
In the Cart page, enter your coupon code if you have. Then click “Apply coupon”. If you are a membership, please add your membership ID (Membership get 50% off).
See your total amount.
Click “Proceed to check out”
