If you bought non-digital items, we will ship the product(s) in 48 hrs from you purchase. But if you bought non-digital items with the customer special order, we will ship the product as soon as possible after we finish it.
If you bought digital items (crochet patterns), you could get them immediately after your payment process. You could download your files. Please login to your ‘My Account‘. Choose ‘Downloads’ from the left menu. Click it. You will see the screen. All your bought patterns are there. Download button ( in black color ) is on the right of each pattern. Click it. Download the pattern. If you couldn’t see the black Download button, please logout your account and re-login it.
